Our company contributes the environmental protection. Our materials in use are safe and hygienic. After term of use expire the playground equipment shall be dismantled and utilized. There is a child at the center of everything we plan, design and produce. And first of all we think about his health and safety. The company is planning the ISO 9001 quality control system implementing in 2002. Developing playground structures we consider children need environment of their own to experience the joy that play offers them. Play gives fun, entertainment, challenge and development. The first experience and first impressions leave a trace on the whole life, that is why it is very important that playground equipment be attractive and interesting. Using of best foreign materials, modern technologies and highly qualified personnel provide high quality to our products. Our playground equipment is oriented for functioning in different climatic zones. The basic materials used in our production are: 10 % moisture high quality pine timber delivered from Northern part of Russia. The basic support components, as posts and some others, are made from glue-laminated timber using Finnish two- component glue. As our equipment is designed for outside use the timber components are painted with two-component Finnish paint; We use 9-30 mm thick high quality birch plywood painted with two-component Finnish paint. Some components are made from high-pressure laminate; Steel components of the products coated with Italian and Swedish polyester powder, and galvanized fastening components; Fastening elements made from German galvanized details using plastic caps; and Swedish stainless components used in slide production. Our company is older than 30 years.The accordance of Ksil products to the European safety norms EN 1176 and EN 1177 is confirmed by TUV certification.
